Bright and Large Apartment in Stoke Newington

Hello and thank you for looking at our home. Enjoy a homely stay in our spacious and peaceful flat in charming Stoke Newington. The flat is on 1st floor, very secure. It's close to public transport and local amenities with plenty of green spaces, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The neighbourhood is well connected; 3min walk to Rectory Road Overground Station 10mins walk to Clapton Station A few mins walk to lovely Church Street Short bus ride or walk to bustling Dalston. The space London life can be chaotic so returning home to our quiet corner of the world is the perfect antidote to city life. We have filled the space with plants, pops of colour and soft furnishings. It is a spacious area you can fully unwind in with plenty of room to potter. Our kitchen is the hub of our home with a large dining table and plenty of space to create the perfect meal. Delicious restaurants nearby, if that’s more your thing. We love this neighbourhood for its leafy green spaces and cosy coffee shops from independent owners. There is a friendly welcoming vibe here in Stokey. Christian loves this area so much he even made a photographic project on some of our neighbours who live on this street. Our neighbourhood is full of gems. We can tell you which pub on Church Street pours the perfect Pint of Guinness and we know where to get the best coffee and pastries to set you up right for the day. Our home sits cosily beside and between other great areas such as Clapton, London Fields, Dalston to name a few. Guest access If you are driving, there is plenty of street parking on the road outside the house. We can organise parking tickets, (there is an easy online system we will explain in more detail). The cost is max £4 per day (the vouchers are 2 hours each - £2 x voucher) but the charging hours are only Monday -Friday 7-11am so free any other time.
