Perfect for a single or couple. The space The space This is a 400 square foot detached studio with private entrance. It features AC, a comfortable King bed and a beautiful private bathroom with a large tiled shower. The new modern kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, quiet drawer dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave and filtered water. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine & milk frother, blender, toaster, tea kettle, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you would need to cook full meals. There is WiFi throughout and works equally well inside and out. The TV is hooked up to Netflix & Hulu. Generally, checkin is anytime after 4pm and checkout is 10:00am or earlier. Please check with us if you need adjustments, we may have flexibility. Other things to note There is free street parking and if needed we can accommodate parking for a full-sized car or truck. Guest access You'll have access to the entire 400 square foot space all to yourself as well as exclusive access to the two, private, fenced-in patios.
