Guest access Studio is accessed from a driveway on the side of the house. The laundry is located down the stairs and can be used by guests. Please note this is a shared space as we use the laundry as well. Other things to note The room has a coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle in the kitchenette. We also have an induction hotplate. The air conditioner is fair use please. We can show you how to use it effectively. A fan is also available!
