Massanutten Resort 2BR/2BA Golf/Water Park

**Please note, the resort will charge you a mandatory $9.50 resort fee per day at check in. Massanutten Resort is the Mid-Atlantic's premier four season resort destination. This is a great place for family vacation. Massanutten offers plenty to see and do both on and off the resort property. It's about two and half hour drive from DC. The space TWO BEDROOM TWO BATHROOM: This unit is a large and very comfortable, 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo that can easily accommodate your family. Your accommodations include a living room, dining room, 2 baths (a large Whirlpool tub), a deck, a gas fireplace, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished. This unit includes master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with two twin beds; living room with pullout sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is 6. Private sleeping area sleeps 4. Washer/dryer is located in stairwell between upper and lower units. This unit has a partial kitchen (same size and features as the full kitchen except that it doesn't have a range). Although the partial kitchen at the Summit doesn't have the electric range, it's exactly the same size and layout as the full kitchen, with the same full size refrigerator, microwave and other appliances. Plus, to makeup for the lack of a range, the partial kitchen is also equipped with an electric skillet, electric griddle and a two burner hot plate, so you can cook anything that doesn't require an oven. And the unit has a gas grill on the deck, which is really nice if you like to barbecue. Other things to note You must be 21 years of age to reserve and check into the resort. Massanutten requires that you provide a valid personal Identification and a $100 security “hold” placed onto a major credit card. This hold will be released after check out if there is no damage to the unit.
