The space MASTERS BEDROOM Features a Queen Bed which can comfortably accommodate 2 Guests, ample wardrobe space, a work space and amazing city views from our floor-to-ceiling windows. SECOND BEDROOM Features two (2) Double Beds, each bed can comfortably accommodate 2 Guests. With ample wardrobe space, work table, and city views from floor-to-ceiling windows. Note: Allowing 6 guests to my unit as long all can conveniently squeeze into all the beds provided mentioned above. LIVING ROOM Sophistication at its finest. With high speed fiber optic WiFi, Android SmartTV, and a comfortable sofa which can seat a small family or group of friends or a person can sleep as well. No windows in the living room. KITCHEN A fine kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with ease - well equipped with a stove & exhaust, oven, and cooking and dining ware. BATHROOM Features a hot & cold shower for the sole comfort of Guests. Discounted stays over 7 days and monthly stays. NO pull-out mattresses. You sleep with real Queen and Full size beds on bed frame. Guest access Guests can access our building's high end amenities such as our swimming pool. Weekends facility use are exclusive for residents only and if you are planning for family vacation wanting to use building facilities for those who booked for long stay, please let us know and will arrange for you to be registered as resident for the duration of your stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT! Kindly note that the maximum number of guests allowed is 6 persons, including any visitors. Our building only permits up to 6 people in a 2bedroom unit. Please also provide their names at least one day before their arrival so we can pre-register them as required by our PMO. NOTE: Airbnb rates varies. To secure the most competitive Airbnb rates and ensure a wide selection of on your desired dates, it's advisable to book your Airbnb accommodation at least 3 months in advance. As your travel dates approaches, you will likely notice that rates steadily increase while the availability of desirable dates becomes increasingly limited. By planning ahead, you can not only save money but also have a better chance of securing your preferred accommodations. 1. All Guests must send us a copy of 1 valid government ID prior to their date of arrival so we can complete their Guest Registration (due to our building's strict security policy, they do not allow entry to unregistered Guests). You can submit your ID within Airbnb Inbox Messages. *For Guests who book on the same day as their arrival date, please send your IDs before or by 4PM prior to the closure of the admin office. *For Guests who have visitors that would like to visit you at the unit, please advice 24hrs in advance and send their IDs as well so that we can endorse them for entry. My unit can only accommodate maximum of 6 persons. Anything over will not be allowed entry to the unit. NOTE: From April 1, 2025, Swimming Pool is only available to Airbnb guests from Tuesday to Friday, 6am to 10pm. Monday is pool maintenance and weekends and public holidays exclusive use for residents. 2. Guests may be asked to show and leave a copy of their ID at reception upon entry. 3. Flexible early check-in or late check-out when possible. 4. Re-stocking of basic toiletries can be requested for an addition charge. 5. Fresh linens and towels can be requested for an additional charge. Note: If you left stains on beds, linens and/or towels, there will additional cleaning charges of PHP 1000++ depending on the number of stains reported for extra cleaning of human excretion for example blood. 6. Additional cleaning of unit during stay can be requested for an additional charge. 7. Be noted to those wanting to leave their luggage, unfortunately, our building do not have storage facility. So if you are checking-in early or checking-out late, we cannot store your luggage. NOTE: Loitering at the lobby for more than 5 minutes is prohibited by the concierge to avoid overcrowding. If you are meeting someone, please come down only when they are nearby. Other options is to wait and meet friends and relatives at Harlan Holden Coffee Shop beside the lobby, the Mexican Restaurant Los Tacos or at Uptown Mall. 8. If you bring your car, there is a paid parking in the building located at B2. Rates is 50 for first 3 hours, 10 succeeding hours (20 on weekends), then 150 overnight from 11pm to 6am. Please note that B2 elevator doors are disabled for security purposes as you need to get to the ground floor first to register with the concierge. If you have heavy luggage, PWD or a senior with you, please unload them first at the ground floor before heading to the basement parking. 9. As much as we love you to have a fabulous stay, we cannot provide everything in our home but if you need anything, Uptown Mall, Landers, Mitsukosi Mall and other shops are just across the street to buy your favorite necessities. 10. For dumping your trash, there is a refuse room located at the service elevator located at the north wing aisles. Note: The maids room toilet is currently closed due to some leak from above unit and producing a foul odor and it's not convenient to use due to the bad smell. RFID ACCESS CARD You will be issued an RFID access card upon arrival, which you’ll use for the duration of your stay.
