The space This is a cozy and private Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) beneath the main house. It can be accessed through a gate on the side of the main house. The unit backs up to a concrete patio area and a beautiful, spacious, shared backyard. This space includes: - Queen size bed - Full size pull out couch - Bar seating for 3 - Wi-Fi internet - TV with streaming services - Walk-in shower & soaking tub - Hairdryer - Iron and ironing board - Coffee maker, blender, toaster - Pots & pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. - Towels & extra sheets - Outdoor lounge area with fire pit - Outdoor dining table Upon Request: Pack ‘n play Baby bath Other baby items (please don’t hesitate to ask!) Beach items Guest access There is plenty of street parking available in the immediate vicinity of the property. The shared laundry space is located adjacent to the unit via outdoor access. Shared outdoor space including fire pit, dining table and grill, and backyard (shared with our dogs) are available for use. Other things to note No smoking, burning, or drugs of any kind, including e-cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, cigarettes, incense, etc. on the property. We do not allow parties to be hosted in the unit or backyard. We also have a few friendly backyard chickens who live in the canyon– they’re fun to watch, “sing” occasionally, and they might even gift you a fresh egg or two!
