Plus you are guaranteed not to forget the 100-mile view any time soon! This dog friendly three-bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom log cabin comfortably sleeps up to eight. There is a gas grill as well as a hot tub on the deck. The large deck space includes table, chairs and picnic table. The great room with flat screen TV is very open including both dining area and kitchen. Despite the open, spacious floor plan, accented with many windows, you will definitely enjoy the cozy feel of this cabin. The loft provides a reading corner or bonus television and sleeper sofa for the night owl in your group. The two bedrooms upstairs feature a Queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed combination of Queen and twin top bunk. The master is neatly tucked away on the main floor. This suite style King bedroom with TV includes a private bath and exit to the deck. IMPORTANT NOTES: - 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night which is collected through the airbnb resolutions center. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs that weigh 50lbs or less. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
