Our 1,100 sq. ft. Cascade Village condo (less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Area, 25 miles south to Durango) featuring two bedrooms and two baths is a great escape for a mountain adventure. The space The Cascade Village amenities (heated indoor pool, the outdoor and indoor hot tubs as well as the gym) have reopened. A new restaurant (The Lift at Cascade) has also opened in Summer 2021 (Wednesday through Sunday for dinner). All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps. In late 2020 Cascade Village moved from cable TV service to all streaming services. While in-house, guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. Reliable fiber optic service means guests can stream on multiple devices during their stay. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, fireplace and extended private deck with views. Mountain decor, an open living plan, and comfortable furnishings all contribute to its warm atmosphere. Both bedrooms along with the main living space contain a flat screen TV. The condo also features a gas BBQ, washer/dryer in the unit and an extended deck (larger then similar condos). Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Upstairs) 2nd - Queen Bed and Bunk Bed (single over single) (Main Level) with TV Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly. On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs and game room with pool table, foosball and several arcade games. There is also a gym, outdoor tennis court (summer and fall only), ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Purgatory Resort. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
