Welcome to our beach house at Ocean lakes! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms -3 minute golf cart ride to the Beach! There are two master bedroom suites with bathrooms on each level. There is also main floor laundry and half bath on the main floor. Have a large family group? We own the tan house in the picture too- the homes are side by side, we can accommodate groups of 26 when both homes are booked! Our Vacation Beach House boasts a master suite on each level, a large master bedroom on the upper floor along with 2 other bedrooms for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. One item that sets this home apart from others is it has a main floor master/bath suite AND a half bath for all guest you are entertaining. This home sleeps 13 people so we can handle 1 to 3 families- depending on the number in your family. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds and an additional twin as well as 2 fold up twins with memory foam, one bedroom with double bunk beds. There is a Covered porch in that walks out to from the upstairs master and partial covered porch on main floor and open concept for kitchen/dining and living room. The main floor deck has a gas grill for your use and tables for eating or just enjoying the warm South Carolina Sun. Our home is located in the north west section of the park- it is very close to everything but is more quiet than most any other areas of the park. Access to water park and all major amenities included in the price of this home. There is a $12 per car per day fee to have your vehicle in the resort. This is Ocean Lakes rule and is for every visitor, we recommend express check in. Our short term agreement will be required to be signed within 24 hours of acceptance of your reservation. Ocean lakes is a 7 Time national Park of the year award winner. Within 3 minutes from our site you can be to the ocean by way of golf cart. There is an activity center, waterpark with lazy river and slides. The park is a massive 300 acres with homes and camping this is the perfect spot to vacation for any individual, group or family. Ocean Lakes offers 24 hour security on site. We take great pride in keeping our home nice and clean for our guests, we only ask that you leave the home in the condition that we have given it to you. There is no management company to deal with as the home was purchased for our family and we want to make sure the guests have a direct access and communication with us as well as have a great Beach Home experience. We hope you enjoy our home! We have a outdoor shower and bikes to use on the main parking level for those trips to the beach! Linens ARE included; we will provide fresh linens with each rental, this includes bedding, towels(excludes beach towels) etc. Please do not take linens to the beach to avoid additional charges. We use Nest for our thermostat and door deadbolt- each guest has a unique code that expires for them at departure. All access is keyless. BEDROOMS:(4 total- sleeps 13 with two twin fold out beds.) Shell Master Suite-main floor Full King bed with smart Tv in room, 2 dressers. Separate shower and soaker tub in the attached bathroom. Coral room-2nd floor 2nd floor Queen bed with smart tv in room, separate closet and dresser in room, one nightstand. Whale Room-2nd floor 4 twin bunks with 2 separate folding twins in the closet if needed. Full closet one dresser and one night stand. the two twins are for use in the second master on the 2nd level. Starfish master suite -2nd floor King bed with a separate twin bed. Full closet and full bath with shower. Private balcony as well as desk area complete with kuerig! This bedroom is also used as additional space for the two extra twin fold up beds when sleeping 13. The "NO's" : ) No smoking No Pets No rental under age 25 No "party groups" we do encourage up to 2 to 3 families depending on how big the family. Our home can accommodate up to 12 people.
