Winter rates available November thru February. The space This complex is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and its sandy white beaches with public beach access just down the street. The beach can be viewed from the balcony and the 2 pools can be viewed from your front door. This condo is located on the first level, two short flights of stairs 6-8 each. There is no elevator at this complex. The Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa, two Chairs, & Flat Screen TV with balcony access. The Kitchen/ Dining areas are next to the living room. The Dining Area has a table with 4 chairs and the Kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances (both large and small). The Master Bedroom offers Queen Bedding with Flat Screen TV and private bath with tub/ shower combo. Each side of the bed is equipped with a side table that offers USB ports for easy access to charge your devices. The Guest Bedroom offers a Queen Bed with Flat Screen TV.
