Surrounded area has a 24 hour supermarket, shopping, Lifetime fitness, plenty of restaurants and fast food within walking distance. A Smart HD tv with free Netflix, Hulu, and live tv service. Beverages to keep you refreshed. Perfect for business travel or a couple. Check in/check out is convenient with a smart lock. The space Beautiful cozy place just to relax, see the stars, and quietly unwind on the back patio or on our shaded deck while enjoying a glass of wine, talking to a friend, or doing business. Guest access You can also enjoy a nice size backyard equipped with a large grill, fire pit, and plenty of seating. There is a separate shaded deck to read and relax under the tree. If driving a car there is plenty of space for parking in the driveway. During your stay Please feel free to send me a text if you have any questions or need anything. We try our best to respond right away! Other things to note Hello and thank you for your interest in our private room. We have some general house rules. House is limited to bedroom and bathroom , laundry room and outside amenities because of COVID-19 Check in is at 3pm and check out is by 12pm. arriving slightly earlier or wanting that extra hour of sleep? It should be fine but please check with us first. You’re welcome to smoke inside the house for a $300 charge, you can smoke on the balcony for free. We do have a zero drug policy on illicit drugs. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. Please respect our home. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest we kindly ask that prior to leaving please place dirty towels and linens in basket inside closet. It helps us get through our cleaning process much quick and allows us to keep cleaning cost down for you and future guests. We understand that accidents happen but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. No additional guest inside the house than the amount listed on your original reservation. Meaning if you book for 2 people you cannot have more than 2 people at the house at all times. No pets unless approved. So before you bring your pet penguin please ask. Trash must be taken out every day. Please do not use the refrigerator in the Kitchen there is a mini fridge located in the room for your convenience. Unless you plan to stay for a while we may be able make other accommodations.
