Pool operating hours: 7:00am-10:00pm Other things to note IMPORTANT RULES: PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND 1. As part of Airbnb’s policy, loud parties are strictly not allowed. While we don’t provide a videoke machine, you’re more than welcome to bring your own Bluetooth videoke/karaoke unit. However, events, concerts, amplifiers, large speakers, and big karaoke machine set-ups are not permitted. Kindly use the videoke only inside the house and strictly until 8:00 PM. To help maintain a peaceful and respectful environment, we kindly ask that noise be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please note that excessive noise may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 2. POOL OPERATING HOURS ARE FROM 7am to 10pm only. Swimming is not allowed when the pool equipment is OFF. Maintaining clean and crystal clear water requires the pool equipment to be running for proper sanitation, circulation, and filtration. 3. The maximum number of guests indicated in the booking is strictly enforced. ADDITIONAL VISITORS beyond this limit are not allowed in the house. Visitors beyond the maximum number of guests are not permitted. This rule is in place to prevent overcrowding and ensure a comfortable stay. Undeclared guests exceeding the maximum capacity will incur a penalty of ₱1,500 per person. 4. The area in general has WEAK mobile/cellular signal. But Cazaneia has a high-speed broadband fiber connection 200Mbps that you can use for Wi-Fi Calling. We also have a wired landline telephone (c/o the caretaker) that can be used for emergencies. 5. We strictly require our guests to check out by 11:00 AM so we can begin our cleaning and sanitizing regimen for the next guests. LATE CHECK-OUT RATE: ₱400 per 30 minutes. Please note that extensions are always subject to availability, so kindly message me ahead of time.
