Our beautiful home is perfect for your stay. If you're looking for a unique, modern, and luxurious place to stay, look no further than this two-story home in the heart of the Philippines - Marinduque.. The space The home offers you three bedrooms, one Queen bed (master bedroom) with access to the balcony to enjoy sunset/sunrise, and two double-size beds - All located on the 2nd floor. A fully fitted modern kitchen with appliances (rice cooker, fridge, electric kettle, water dispenser, glasses, all utensils, etc.) and an open large living room with a TV connected to a cable and dining room area. Two cars can park at the front of the house. As the house is situated in a rural area (with tall coconut trees) the mobile phone coverage can be spotty. The house is situated near the tourist spot called High Stone where you can have a full view of the entire Province of Marinduque. 15 mins away from the Bagumbungan cave and 17 minutes away from the port of Hakupan Island. You MUST have a car to rent this house as there is no public transport available from time to time. We have carefully crafted detailed arrival instructions as well as a wide variety of tips/advice for the house, local area, and Marinduque in general! We have put a lot of effort into these documents and improved them on a regular basis. The house is professionally cleaned after every guest and freshly laundered bedsheets and towels come as standard with each room. There are plenty of extras included such as iron and ironing board, salt/pepper, and oil condiment. Please buy your food first in the town as the stores are limited in the area.
