Villa Belago on Lake Como is truly magnificent. This luxurious villa, for 8 people (2 separate apartments - 4 bedrooms), has a private pool and 2 saunas. Furnished with high-quality furniture, this vacation home is truly unique. The villa is new and was built in a very modern and contemporary style with high-quality materials. The house is spread across four levels and boasts a spectacular 180-degree view of Lake Como from different vantage points. The space From the main living room, you can access a large terrace furnished with a seating area, perfect for enjoying an aperitif while admiring the sunset. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with eight chairs for outdoor dining. There is also access to two bedrooms and a bathroom (with toilet) located on the same level. Upstairs, you can access an office where you can work remotely in peace. Downstairs you enter a spacious master suite with a king-size bed and a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with an integrated bathtub, a large shower, a bidet, a sink and a toilet. Opposite this bedroom is the sauna, perfect for relaxing after long days spent exploring the lake. On the same level, but with separate access, is the second apartment, about 90 m², which also boasts a magnificent 180° view of the lake. On the first floor: a large open-plan living area of over 60 m² with a living room, a beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area, as well as a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Large French doors open onto a lovely terrace furnished with a table and two chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Downstairs: a beautiful bedroom with a walk-in closet, a large private bathroom (toilet) and a sauna overlooking the lake. This apartment can be used for accompanying parents or for older children who will appreciate their independence while remaining very close to their parents. Downstairs, the villa has a lovely terrace furnished with a dining area (1 table and 8 chairs), perfect for outdoor dining, 2 sun loungers and garden furniture ideal for enjoying the view on beautiful summer evenings, as well as the private pool with counter-current swimming system. Downstairs, after a few steps, a small gate gives access to the property and leads to the village of Bellano, the train station or the ferry terminal on foot (10-15 minutes). Any additional bags must be purchased independently by the guest (transparent format, small size). This is a natural situation and unfortunately beyond our control, but we always do our best to keep the environment comfortable and welcoming for all guests. Guest access Villa Belago is built on the slope overlooking the lake and the village. Therefore, if you are traveling without a car, using only public transport, walking from the village requires a reasonable level of fitness. Bellano is a pretty and authentic village on the lake, with small shops and restaurants. The property is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Lake Como region. In addition, the house is close to the port and train station, making it possible to visit numerous attractions without the need for a car. Other things to note Air conditioning: the house is equipped with underfloor cooling and not traditional air conditioning (except for bedroom 2 of apartment 2). PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHARGES: Final cleaning €300 and accommodation tax (€2 per person per night) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
