We went above and beyond to curate your stay to be thoughtful, convenient, and memorable. The space This private and secluded property has been upgraded for you and your family to enjoy. Including easy, hotel-style check-out (no long list of to do's!) and everything you need for babies, kids and pets on site. All of our guests share the same feedback: -Pictures doesn't do the property justice -Their kids were obsessed -They had plans to go out and about and ended up staying on the property instead (there's so much to do just on site!) Main living space includes plenty of seating to enjoy the breathtaking crystal chandelier and 75" 4K HDR Roku Smart TV (complete with multiple complimentary streaming services for movies, including Fubo for all major sporting events). Relax with a cocktail in front of the gas fireplace and listen to the vinyl records spinning nearby. Working remote? A tech counter with multiple outlets overlooks the front porch is the spot to be productive with lightning-speed 500Mbps/12Mbps upload speed internet. The kitchen has a fully loaded coffee bar where you can get the day started and has everything you need to cook an epic meal with inspiration from our many cookbooks. Our upgraded custom dining room furniture has plenty of seating for everyone to make memories. Upstairs you’ll enter the loft area that is ideal for kids to enjoy movies or utilize the HDMI outlet for their own gaming system. Have your best night’s sleep with all new memory foam Zinus mattresses as well as all new bedding including double duvet inserts, 1800 thread count sheets, blackout shades, and sound machines in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with charging stations and two cozy robes. The downstairs has 2 Bedrooms. The Red Room has 1 Queen Bed while the 2nd Bedroom has 2 full beds. Between both bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub. Upstairs the Master Bedroom includes both a King Bed and a Bunk Bed with a full and twin mattress along with an attached full bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with backup toiletries, hairdryer, etc. We designed our home to be comfortable for families with small children with two pack and plays, a high-chair, booster seat, potty seat covers, legos, toys & outlet covers as well as a baby tub for your little ones. Outside the wraparound deck has space for outdoor dining, grilling, and leads to 6-person hot tub with heated towels for the winter months. The detached garage has been converted into a game room that includes a poker, foosball, pool table, dartboard, basketball, and mini fridge. A unique feature in our backyard is having an on-site, private fenced in playground for toddlers and small children to enjoy. Relax by the fire pit outback year-round, surrounded by nature. Long driveway for multiple cars to park on-site. Arriving in your Tesla? Make sure to charge up outside the garage with our EV Charger. Cleanliness is of our up most importance. Our entire property has ongoing exterminator home protection servicing. We welcome 1-2 dogs on property with a $100 pet fee per pet. In an effort to respect all of our guests, we ask that dogs do not lounge on furniture or sleep on our beds. Should you wish to have your dog lounge or sleep with you, please bring your own blankets and bedding. For pet free families, please know we do our best to provide extra thorough cleanings for each turnover but cannot guarantee all pet hair removal at all times. Please check in during your time of booking if you wish to do a fire or go to the lake and we can give you the most up to date information. Summer note: our community does have a small swimming lake (nothing fancy, no frills) and fishing lake. You can bring your own or rent kayaks and fishing license/equipment through a company called Pocono Boat House (we are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for any related experiences however have gotten several positive notes from our guests that they had a great experience using them). Please note you'd have to register the kayak with our HOA office and you must have a fishing license to fish. (children under 16 do not require licenses if with a parent who does have a license). Other things to note Cleaning: We believe guests should be able to check out with ease and ask for just a few simple requests. o Please leave used beds unmade and all used towels on the bathroom floor o Please put all dirty dishes and glasses in the dishwasher o Please leave all trash bags in the game room rather than outside Security: We do have a security system in place for our security and protection. There are no interior cameras. The three cameras are located: on top of garage to monitor the driveway; next to the home facing the playground area and one camera on the ring doorbell to monitor the front of the house.
