You can smoke on the balcony with the balcony windows open, making sure the doors are closed. Metrobus and Marmaray are 8-9 minutes on foot from the house. The space Our house has entrances on 2 separate parallel streets. You can go down to -3, the ground floor, using the apartment door on Street A. Using Street B, you can use the private entrance of our house on the ground floor. We only prefer the private entrance. Guest access You can pick up or drop off your key at the Café across the street from us. We give couples 2 separate keys. Other things to note Since our apartment is on the ground floor, minus 3, our bedroom and kitchen are semi-lit. From time to time, in strong winds, an unidentified odor comes from the bathroom and goes away in a short time. Necessary work is underway on this issue.
