Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail. Bathroom: With bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available on request. The space We have made a real effort to make our barn conversion special with a home from home feel. The lounge is finished tastefully with a cosy country feel. There is a wood burner for the cold winter nights. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with contemporary decor. It has an adjoining ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and is spacious scandi feel. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a free standing bath. The property has a washing machine and a fridge/freezer. Please note that we can provide a travel cot, stair gate, and also a high chair for toddlers, however, for health and safety reasons we do not provide bedding for the cot (please bring your own). Small and medium sized dogs are welcome, but please don't allow dogs on the furniture or upstairs. Behind the property there is a delightful fenced garden with gates to ensure pets and small children are safe. The garden is equipped with table and chairs so that you can enjoy the peace and tranquility. Relax in your own private hot tub. A BBQ is available in the summer months or on request. Guest access There is private parking for 2 cars at the front of the property. Other things to note There is a key box with the key and fob for the electric gates inside, so you can arrive at any time that is convenient after 3pm. The key box is located on the right hand pillar next to the electric gates. The code to the key box will be provided prior to arrival. At the end of your holiday, when you leave the property (check out time 10am), the key and fob should be left in the key box on the brick pillar at the entrance to the barns. The key box should be locked.
