A grassy private garden area has a table and chairs, BBQ and views over the fields. Discrete owner lives in the farmhouse next door, but ensures privacy to enjoy your space in peace and quiet. The space Hegdale Barn, is a detached, private historic building, restored and converted in 2015. Comprising of 1 bedroom with a King size bed. A sofa bed in the open plan dining/living room suitable for a child. Deep in the North Downs area of outstanding beauty, with footpaths from the door to the Pilgrims way, passing through beautiful villages such as Wye and Chilham with tearooms, cosy pubs and Michelin Star dinning a walk or short drive away. The perfect base to explore the coast, castles and famous gardens in the Garden of England. Guest access Entire detached private Barn with private rear garden and parking. Paddock views.
