There's a small fenced plunge pool to swim in, and a huge games room with a pool table, piano and library. Beds can be split to singles on request. Neighbouring cottage, 'The Dairy at Wollombi' listed separately, sleeps 4. The space The house is in two sections, each with a kitchen & bathroom, joined by an undercover portico, so it suits two families or groups well (on ever rented to one group at a time). Refer to photos for internal layout. There are 12 beds in the house, plus 2 sofa double beds in a large games room 20m from the house & bathrooms. Beds made up with luxurious hotel quality, professionally laundered sheets & towels, bathroom stocked with high quality shampoo & conditioner, and kitchen with coffee pods, tea, sauces, jam & other pantry essentials. Large gas oven & flat bed gas BBQ. The two directly neighbouring cottages ( 2 min walk) can also be rented separately, 'The Old Dairy - Wollombi' sleeps 4 & 'Woodcutters - Wollombi' sleeps 6. Guest access You will have sole access to the whole property & all spaces. Easy walk to the village, or ride one of the two push bikes provided. Or if you drive there is parking in town, or on the carpark behind the shops (Negro Street). Other things to note There are some Fury Farmyard friends to visit & you can feed them hay over the fence. Please don't enter their paddock or feed them other food, without checking with the owners (message via Airbnb). Theres are two external CCTV security cameras located to maintain your privacy.
