Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation, which features 2 houses that can accommodate 8 and 6 people each. The space These are 2 very cozy and well-equipped cabins that can accommodate 15 people. The large house has 3 bedrooms, one en-suite with a king-size bed and the other 2 sharing a bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds. The back house has one en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and two other bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a twin bed, and the other with a bunk bed. These two share another bathroom. Guest access Access to the garden, dock, and small beach Other things to note WATER: The water from the network comes from the river. It is NOT potable. It is NOT recommended for drinking or for use in cooking. That's why there will be a 10-liter drinking water jug in each house. ELECTRICITY: The house has grid power. On very rare occasions, the power may go out. For those situations, you will have flashlights, a camping stove, and a solar light at night. Also, some rooms have battery-powered lights that last a couple of hours. TIDES: As we know the tides are natural facts. They raise and lower the water level of the river. I can even cover the grass in the garden. They occur in cycles, and at some point, they will subside; they last between six and twelve hours. That’s why you shouldn’t leave anything in the garden or on the dock. LIABILITY: The house is on the San Antonio River, where there may be logs or rocks under the water. The guest is responsible for any incidents that may occur on or off the river. ANIMALS: There may be free-range dogs. Most are friendly but please be careful. They do not feed them since if they do they will come back thinking it is their home. Enjoy your stay!!!
