Paris Centre - Eiffel Tower - Trocadéro

This is truly a lovely studio apartment with a view of the Eiffel Tower over the roof tops. It is only a short walk from the Metro Passy and some fantastic French restaurants and shops are close at hand. The space This quiet, clean and very safe apartment on the 4th floor (don't worry, there is a lift!) has everything you could possibly need including an en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin and a small kitchenette with a stove, microwave, fridge, sink and the usual utilities such as cooking utensils, kettle, plates, cutlery and glasses. There is also a small casual table with 2 chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment has Wifi. And yes, it has a double bed; and no, it does not have a TV but why would you need one? You are in Paris! Other things to note SELF CHECK-IN IS NOT POSSIBLE This is a non-smoking apartment, there is a 50 eur fee if you smoke inside. The waste containers are at the far end of the courtyard to the left, behind a small green fence. Please note that check-in is before 20.00. Please be accurate with your timing as every hour of waiting will cost me 10 eur and I will have to ask you to reimburse it to me. I am sure you do not want such extra expense!
