A spacious two-story maisonette with lots of sunlight and in a basic but quiet area only an 8-min drive or bus ride away from the City Centre. Our warm and welcoming 2 bedroom house, is ideal for business or corporate visitors looking for a comfortable space. We try our best to run our house in an eco-friendly manner, reflected in the products we use and our decor choices. We live in a modest family-centric area in the industrial part of Birmingham The space Easy transport links to city centre and the Bullring complex, within walking distance to Aston and BCU Universities and close to trendy Digbeth area. 5 minute walk from Wing Yip Asian superstore. Sleeping arrangements include King bed in our big guest bedroom Super king bed in small guest room Double sofa bed in the living room Single pull out available on request. Guest access Guest bedroom, cosy king-size bed with a table and chairs. Hairdryer, straighteners and iron in the room. Blue BEDroom, huge super king bed takes up the whole room with a bit of space for your luggage and space to hang up your stuff. Living room with large sofa bed for two people and dining room table. The possibilty of an extra pull out single bed on request. By default we do not put out the sofa bed covers unless you book more than 4 people. If you need them out for your stay just drop us a message. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with spices, oils, teas, coffee etc. Separate toilet and bathroom. Extra toiletries available in the cabinet under the sink encase you forgot anything. Other things to note Our immediate area doesn't have much to offer, but the home is cozy and perfect for people and groups looking for space and easy access to the city center with free parking.
