Our Humble Home

Our humble home was built in the 1950s and so it has a lovely character on the outside. We renovated the inside a few years ago to make it as comfortable as possible, however please be mindful that this little home has old bones and may show signs of this on the inside. This listing is for the entire home and you will not be sharing the space with anyone else. The space •BEDROOM 1/ENSUITE• -Queen size bed -Electric Blanket -Wardrobe & hangers -Occasional chair -Ensuite with free standing bath -Towels **Please note there are no air conditioning/heating units in bedrooms** •BEDROOM 2• -Queen size bed -Electric Blanket -Wardrobe & hangers -Iron & ironing board •MAIN BATHROOM• -Shampoo & Conditioner -Body Wash -Hair Dryer -Towels •BACKYARD• -Large backyard which is perfect for your furry friend to run around (please check with us if you have a small pet as there are some small gaps under the fences that they could get through) -We are in the process of fixing the backyard aesthetically, so if this is important to you, our place may not be the best fit •LIVING AREA• -Open lounge, dining, kitchen -Wall mounted Air conditioning/Heating Unit -Gas heater -TV -Sofa -Unlimited wifi -Desk & chair •KITCHEN• -Fridge -Microwave -Oven -Cooktop -Toaster & kettle -Coffee machine -Pots, pans, cooking utensils -Cutlery & crockery •PARKING• -Driveway can be used for parking (has a fence that can be closed). -Free street parking -Unfortunately the garage is not available for guests to use at this time. •LAUNDRY• **There is no laundry (ie washer & dryer) at the house available for guest use, however there is a DIY laundromat located very close to us (2 min drive/10 min walk)** •THE AREA, & TRANSPORT• -Coles & Kmart, gym & restaurants (2mins by car - 5mins by bus) -Norwood (5mins by car- 10 mins by bus) -City (15mins by car- 20 by bus) *will take slightly longer during peak traffic times*. -3 min walk to the bus stop & Aldi •OTHER• -If you require an earlier check in or later check out, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate! Lastly, we love our home and we want you to love it too by making yourself feel right at home- so if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know!
