ELEVATOR ACCESS Stella at Riverstone does not have elevators; however, your apartment is on the 1ST FLOOR. The use of stairs may be required to navigate throughout the community. If the use of stairs is a concern, please reach out to us prior to confirming your reservation so we can work to accommodate your needs. Other things to note - We furnish all our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units and furnishings may differ slightly from the pictures shown. - On-site parking is complimentary. Parking is subject to availability. We require your car make, model, color, and license plate information before you arrive (rental car information can be submitted upon arrival). - Only available for 30+ nights - Pet fees apply – A non-refundable $250 one-time fee per pet (2 pets per apartment maximum); plus, monthly pet rent of $20 (pro-rated), per pet. Breed restrictions apply, so please reach out to us before you book to make sure your pets are allowed. Pet paperwork must be submitted and approved before you arrive. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals are exempt from fees, but paperwork still needs to be submitted and approved before you arrive - Some building amenities may be closed – if important, reach out before booking. - Visitors are welcome – all visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest, and some amenities may have limits to the number of visitors permitted. For guests residing in your apartment, full guest names must be provided to us at least 48 hours prior to their arrival so the property can be notified. You may be asked to add their verified Airbnb profile to your reservation. You may not exceed the maximum number of individuals permitted to sleep in the apartment.
