This space is managed with LOVE by Anora Spaces. Our comfortable studio is very well located, close to Berrini, Transamerica Expo Center and many corporate headquarters. It has everything you need for your business trip, whether for short or long stays: we offer a very comfortable double bed, flat-screen TV with cable channels, high quality sheets and pillows, full kitchen with stove, pots and cutlery. We'll be happy to host you! The space Our unit is located within a hotel structure, but its services are not included. Our space is perfect for short or long stays. Fully designed and decorated to make you feel at home during your trip to São Paulo. Our space has been completely renovated. Come and check it out :) Our guests can access all common areas of the building, such as the swimming pool, fitness center and sauna. Our team is always available to our guests by phone and text (WhatsApp). Guest access We recommend that you walk and use public transportation. You can also use Uber to get around. Other things to note All our guests will receive a clean apartment, welcome water, bed linen and enough towels for the number of people selected at the time of booking. But please note: WE DO NOT CHANGE TOWELS AND BED LINEN DURING YOUR STAY. Some apartments have a washer and dryer, while others offer laundry service in the condominium (self-service or not). However, if you prefer, we offer some additional services: Complete change of linen (bed and bath): R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 set of bed linens) Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat) If you have any questions, please let us know. - In the kitchen, we offer coffee, sugar and salt.
