Come check out The Coop located on Cedar Grove Road, 2.4 miles from Interstate 65. The mobile home has a babbling creek in front and sits on about 3 acres of land. Unwind in either of the 2 bedrooms or you can use the pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space. There are 2 full bathrooms and a relaxing jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom. Guests will be provided an 4 digit code prior to check-in for keyless and contactless entry to the home. Guests have access to the home, carport and storage attached to the carport. They are welcome to explore the acreage the home sits on. The land boundaries are marked with stakes. Guests should not open the chicken coop during their stay. There is also a desk located in the living room that has the top locked and is unusable. Guests can message, text or call at any time if they need some thing during their stay. We live in the area (within 15 minutes) and can be available when needed. The home sits on 3 acres of land right off the main road, Cedar Grove. The gravel driveway splits into 2. The home sits on the land to the left of the split. You are likely to see some visiting deer enjoying the salt block or drinking from the babbling creek in front of the home. There are also 2 resident chickens, Pearl and The Girl, that sit under the car port in their chicken coop. The house sits near the main road so you will hear car traffic when outside, but the noise melts away once you are inside the home. You are welcome to walk the land surrounding the house, boundaries are marked with stakes. The home is located close to I-65, only 2.4 miles off Exit 116. It is near many warehouses and 1.5 miles to Heritage Hill Golf Course, 15 min drive to Camp Crooked Creek (Boy Scout Campground), 13 min drive to James Beam Distillery, 10 mins from Four Roses Distillery and Bernheim Forest. Getting to the home, you will turn off Cedar Grove Road onto a gravel driveway at the bottom of a hill. You turn right onto the gravel driveway and then follow the black arrow pointing to the left. There is ample parking for multiple cars or a trailer, and a car port for covered parking.
