Montbrison, quiet studio with small exterior.

Charming 30 m² studio completely renovated in 2022, fully equipped to allow you to have a pleasant short or long stay. Quiet, 10 min walk to the hyper center of Montbrison, you will enjoy the small terrace on beautiful days. The space THE ENVIRONMENT: This annex of my house is in a quiet residential area of Montbrison. I live there and will be happy to give you tips for sightseeing, if you wish. Hiking friends, you are welcome to discover our beautiful region. PARKING: Free parking is available on site in the large meadow next to the accommodation. THE STUDIO: you'll find - the fully equipped kitchen area: induction cooktop, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer area, dishes and utensils to cook small homemade dishes. Dish towels, dishwashing products and cleaning are provided. - the living area with a sofa, armchair and coffee table to spend a relaxing moment. - the sleeping area with a very good new sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) which will be made on your arrival, sheets are provided. - bathroom with large comfortable shower and sink. Towels and bath mats, shampoo, shower gel are provided. There is also a hair dryer. - the toilet is separate. Entire place is NON-SMOKING. MEALS: you will find restaurants and supermarkets in Montbrison for your shopping. An excellent bakery is 2 minutes from the studio. THE REGION: Montbrison, a historic city mentioned at the end of the 11th century, is considered the historic capital of Forez. From this prestigious past, the city retains an important heritage, of which the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame-d'Espérance is the most imposing illustration. On Saturdays, you can enjoy the market, reputed to be one of the most beautiful markets in France. The city comes alive for the occasion with the scents and colors of the Foréziens terroirs. Your taste buds will remember! Nearby, the Montrond-les-Bains thermal center and its casino, Saint-Bonnet-le-Château, capital of La Boule Au But, the Château d'Urfé, one of the jewels of Forez heritage and also magnificent hikes in the Forez mountains and so many other things to discover on site. Guest access The place is fully at your disposal and you will be totally independent. Other things to note The studio can accommodate 2 people but exceptionally a third person can be added since a sofa bed is present in the living room.
