Private Rm #3 with Kitchenette, Walk to Stores

Welcome to our beautifully furnished private room centrally located in desirable College Terrace community about 0.9 mi or 3 min drive to Hwy 14! Whether you're here for work or just passing through, you will find everything you need right in your own room: fast wifi, computer desk, memory foam bed, big closet, fresh bedding / linens, disposable ear plug, water filter, mini kitchenette with snack bar, key to lock the room. This is a shoe free, drug free, non-smoking house. The space COVID SAFETY: We will provide hand soap and sanitizer in the bathroom. Please let us know if we runs out of hand soap or sanitizer, we can refill it right away. Your room is located on the 1st floor with a comfortable memory foam queen bed with window, computer desk with lamp, huge closet, a storage unit and your own mini kitchenette (fridge, microwave and a little snack bar with coffee, tea), etc. You will be sharing 2 bathroom mainly with guests from other private room. We will have hair dryer, iron and iron board available in the bathroom. Feel free to use it and put it back after finish using them. At this time we do not allow access to the kitchen and laundry (it's our on site manager's unit), but please feel free to get water from the sink (water filter & electric kettle are included in the room). You will be able to self check-in, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep. To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Please keep the door locked at all times. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 in the common area. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app who will be visiting you during your stay in advanced. To ensure safety for all of our guests, any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing, thanks for your understanding! Guest access All guest will access it through the front door of the house through digital key lock. To unlock the door, press the "Schlage" logo, then enter the pin and twist the lock clockwise to unlock. Then lock the door when you exit, press the "Schlage" logo turn the knob to the left to lock. Please always lock the door when you enter or leave. To check out, leave the room key on the desk (don't lock the room), and lock the exterior door on your way out. Other things to note Since this is a private room in the house, the noise carries from room to room. If you are light sleeper, we offers 33dB disposable foam earplugs. If you didn't see one provided in your room, please let us know. We programmed thermostat to automatically set the temperature between 68 - 75 Fahrenheit for our entire house (AC/Heat).
