Our luxury 40’ RV sits on nearly 5 beautifully nature-scaped acres in rural Southeastern Arizona. Area elevation is over 4,300 feet. Located just 2 miles from the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area--Hereford Bridge Trail En The space This luxurious RV sits a good distance from the main house and provides maximum privacy for our guests. Soak in the sights and sounds of nature when sitting on the elevated redwood deck. Within steps of the RV is a private sitting and picnic area with a Solo Stove firepit to provide guests with one of their favorite experiences—nighttime bonfires while star gazing. There's a gas grill conveniently located next to the RV that is clean and ready to use. The RV has an attractive and highly effective electric ‘fireplace’ for those cold Winter days/nights, and central air conditioning for the warmer times of the year. There is a 42" Sony TV in the living room with a soundbar, and a DVD player with a modest collection of movies for you to enjoy. There is a 2nd, smaller TV in the bedroom. The Internet is connected via WiFi and the TVs are connected to Roku devices. This spacious travel trailer has plenty of windows with great views of the property and pull-down blinds for added privacy. The bedroom hosts an 'extra-wide' 13" Alexander Signature Hybrid Pillowtop queen mattress by Nestl Bedding. It is adorned with high quality bed linens. There is one caveat regarding the bed; it sits somewhat high off the ground. There is a dresser for your use, and a roomy closet for your hanging clothes and luggage. The built-in cabinet in the bedroom is used to store bath linens and game sets. The bathroom is good-sized with a large shower and generous counter space on the vanity. The neighborhood can be described as a mixture of attractive, high-end, 4-5-acre site-built homes and humble manufactured homes, which also sit on 4-5 acre lots. Most roads in our neighborhood are dirt roads, but easily traveled. We are located approximately 17 miles from the heart of town in Sierra Vista, where you will find several grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. We are on site most of the time and love to be of help. Guests are welcome to a complimentary professional ‘mini-session’ photo shoot. It's held right here on site upon request. Spring brings the budding of new growth, but with it comes STRONG winds. If you don't like wind this may not be the time of year for you. Summertime usually, but not always, brings the Monsoon rain and drama in the skies. Fall brings beautiful Fall colors and fabulous skies.
