With 5 spacious and comfortable suites, the place is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking tranquility and contact with nature. The outdoor area is an invitation to socialize: a heated pool overlooking the garden, balconies, a gourmet space, a fire pit and a private trail that leads to the stream. The space The place combines comfort and charm in every detail - from the fireplace in the living room to the balconies overlooking the greenery. The kitchen is equipped to prepare group meals, and the rooms were designed to welcome with practicality and warmth. There are 5 suites (all rooms with private bathroom), three on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. We accommodate up to 12 guests in great comfort. We provide pillows, bed and bath linens. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils: 6-burner Brastemp stove, microwave oven, sandwich maker, blender, air fryer, among others. Large and airy TV room with sofa, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie with friends and family. Our pool is heated and the barbecue area has a horizontal freezer, barbecue utensils (boards, grills, skewers, glasses, tray), wooden table for 12 people, sun loungers, parasol; plus a pergola where you can relax, meditate, practice yoga or even have a work meeting in a different vibe. We have a good and stable fiber optic internet network. The parking area is shared with the host, who resides on the same property. Other things to note For events such as birthdays or meetings with extra guests, you must let us know in advance to align the house rules and ensure that everything goes well. In addition, we apply an additional day use fee according to the number of guests. Quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) must be respected, and we kindly ask you to turn off the sound outside.
