Welcome to The Granary, a rustic 2 bed property with tons of character just 2 miles outside the bustling market town of Sudbury where the Gainsborough Gallery is now open and if you are going to a wedding or party at Smeetham Hall Barns we are only 0.8 of a mile away. Consider us your home away from home for the weekend, or even longer. The space Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed with ensuite shower room Bedroom 2: Double bed with neighbouring dressing room Family bathroom: Housing both a bath and shower, along with complimentary toiletries Kitchen come diner: Seat up to 4 and kitted out with an induction hob, oven, fridge & dishwasher, as well as an Nespresso coffee machine & soda stream Living room: Incredibly comfy corner sofa, smart TV with Amazon firestick & convertible futon (on request) and a board game or five Dining room: Separate dining area which seats up to 6 Guest access Sitting on the grounds of Brickwall Barn, The Granary will be your own private space for the entirety of your stay. However, you may occasionally cross paths with the host family when accessing your vehicles in the communal driveway. Please note the Barn's private gardens are not accessible to Airbnb guests. Other things to note Please note we have 2 labradors and 2 cats housed within the Barn; they are all very comfortable around people.
