Accessed by an outdoor spiral staircase. 35 miles to Durango, Colorado, 14 miles to Farmington, NM. Skiing, boating, fishing, Indian ruins, hiking, hunting. Aztec, New Mexico is located in the very northwest corner of New Mexico and is bordered by Arizona, Colorado, Utah and the Navajo, Ute, Jicarilla Indian Reservations. Navajo Lake, the largest lake in New Mexico. The space The house is located at the end of a dirt county road on 1.5 acres. Private, quiet, fenced, safe, lighted parking. Parking is provided up front next to the white garden shed. Guest access Guests can use the upstairs unit and balcony. Other things to note The home is heated and cooled by a whole house system. There's an AC window unit and an electric fireplace if needed in the space. Contact Audrey to have temperature adjusted for your comfort. Please be cautious on the spiral stairs. The stairs do have grip tape on them but during snow and freezing temps can be a little slippery. There are extra linens in the laundry room, sheets, blankets, towels if needed. Bottled water is provided for drinking and also for the coffeemaker.
