Everything is within walking distance for a real vacation on the shores of the Mediterranean. Duplex apartment with a beautiful ceiling height allowing to have a bathroom with toilet and a terrace for each of the two bedrooms. It is located on the 3rd floor with ELEVATOR and consists of the following: Air-conditioned and EAST facing LIVING ROOM overlooking one of the terraces. It is composed of a sofa bed for 2-person (140 x 190 / type: rapido), a TV, a dining table (6 people) that can serve as a desk, an internet box and blackout curtains. KITCHEN open to the living room and equipped with electric hotplates (2 burners) with a range hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, small additional refrigerator with freezer, Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fryer and everything you need to make good dishes. A washing machine is at your disposal and you will find in the adjacent closet a table and iron, a drying rack and equipment for the maintenance of the accommodation. EAST facing TERRACE with a side view of the sea and overlooking the pedestrian and shopping alley of La Flânerie. It offers you to enjoy breakfasts and meals outside thanks to its large table, its electric awning and its chairs for 6 people as well as a cozy corner with the garden furniture located on the bedroom side. It is accessed by a staircase dug into the cliff. The transparent water is conducive to relaxation and the discovery of the richness of underwater life. 500 m or 7 minutes' walk via the pedestrian and shopping alley of La Flânerie, access the quays of the Centre Port and enjoy restaurants, events, water activities (sea rides, boat rentals...) and entertainment throughout the year on the shores of the Mediterranean. Guest access You have private access to the entire apartment and parking space. The only shared spaces are the common areas of the residence such as the access corridors to the accommodation and the swimming pool. Access to common areas is secured through the use of badge (vigik) and beep transmitter. For pool access, you must have a pool wristband per person. Other things to note Check-in arrangements: Keys are to be collected at the "Conciergerie du Cap d'Agde" reception point located 3 minutes by car or on foot from the accommodation. You can pick up the keys independently from 4pm in a numbered key box accessible 24/7. A digital welcome booklet will be provided on the day of your arrival giving the access codes to collect the keys and help to access the accommodation easily. Parking: All amenities are within walking distance after parking your vehicle in the private parking lot. If you come with several cars: 250 meters or 3 minutes walk, there is free parking all year round next to the Reception Point. We ask vacationers to return the apartment tidy, dishes done and trash taken out. Bed and bath linens are not included in the booking, but you can order them for an extra fee if you wish.
