The space We've lovingly renovated the house, using natural and locally sourced materials to keep its history and charm intact. Whenever we could, we also gave a new life to furniture items through upcycling, all part of our pledge to a more sustainable way of living. Our farmhouse is a true labour of love, created to make guests feel right at home as they step in. With cosy corners to unwind, comfy beds for restful nights, and a kitchen that invites you to cook your favourite Italian dishes, it’s a space made for slow, joyful living. Outside, share laughter and long evenings over wine under the stars. With a private pool and peaceful views, this is your slice of Piedmontese paradise. The farmhouse features 3 bedrooms, including 2 twin rooms (with the option to convert the beds into a king-size) and 1 double room with a king-size bed. Each room is beautifully decorated with natural materials and antique furnishings. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers, toilets, sinks, and bidets, 1 on the first floor with a washing machine, and 2 on the ground floor. The ground floor features a cozy living room with an original stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings, complemented by a wood burner, available only in winter (wood can be provided at an additional cost if needed). Adjacent, is a dining/tasting room with a bar for more formal dining, and an option for a private sommelier experience (upon request, and at extra cost). The kitchen and informal dining area, formerly a barn, offer a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a TV area with a pellet stove available only in winter (pellet sacks can be provided at an additional cost if needed.) Guests can enjoy a 3mx5m private salted pool with a depth of 1.35 meters, a spacious garden with mature trees, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ. The garden is fully fenced, offering a lovely morning walk with pretty views. Parking for 2 small cars is available in the driveway. The house is equipped with full-coverage mesh Wi-Fi, offering over 250Mbps internet connection via Starlink satellite. It’s incredibly reliable and fast—ideal for working from home. There’s a poor 4G signal at the house, but most modern phones support Wi-Fi calling, so you’ll still be able to make calls and send messages over the internet. An external CCTV camera at the front gate remains active throughout your stay. EV charger facility and a cash ATM are 1.3 Km away, in the village of Serole. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house unless marked with a "Private" sign or locked. Other things to note Please note that we do not accept children under the age of 12. The house is not child-friendly, as the pool area is not fenced, and there are steep steps and antique, low furniture throughout. For safety and comfort reasons, we are only able to welcome guests aged 12 and above. We also do not provide any facilities for infants or young children. The local council of Serole charges a Tourist Tax of €1 per person per night. Children under 14 are exempt. Payment is due in cash upon arrival by all guests. Italian law requires all tourist accommodations to register guest ID details with the Police and Regione Piemonte Tourism office within 24 hours of check-in. The guest who made the booking is responsible for collecting and submitting ID copies (including minors’) for all guests in their party.
