Other things to note Bathroom set up is unusual since the house used to be a beach club and access to showers from the beach was important to keep tracking sand through the living space to a minimum by accessing directly from an outside stairwell. The two full baths are at opposite ends of the basement living space and two half baths are on each of the upper floors.
