Just a few minutes drive to Pavones Point for world class surfing, this spacious and newly built house is nestled in the jungle, on a nice and breezy hill in Pavones, with amazing views of the Golfo Dulce and wildlife everywhere! Fast Fiberoptic Wifi, good phone reception, a well-equipped kitchen, and AC. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores of Pavones, centrally located between Punta Banco & Pilon so you can surf any of the best spots along our coast in 20 mins or less! Pura Vida! The space We have had many friends, family, long-term renters, and airbnb guests stay in this newly built house since it was finished in January 2023! We know you will love staying here!! Whole 2-story house with its own driveway, outdoor shower, kitchen, living space, etc. 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed and shared full bathroom with large walk-in shower between, jack & jill style. Upstairs in the living space are a single bed (twin bed) and a futon sofa that pulls out into a full-size bed, with a half bathroom upstairs as well. Big open kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking gourmet dinners. The house is hooked up to a beautiful well with perfectly potable drinking water flowing into the house. And we also have a water filter installed in the kitchen sink upstairs for those who prefer it :) Guest access Access to the whole house and our property. There is a garden / yard / jungle between your house and our house (the property owners) where we live year-round. And we can advise you / guide you on hiking around our area and surrounding areas. Or put you in touch with many different tour options around Pavones / Punta Banco / Pilon. There are lots of activities you can participate in including: surf lessons, horseback riding tours, hiking tours, boat trips for surfing / fishing / snorkeling, chocolate making classes, kid activities, town events, etcc.. We can hook you up with a private chef, to-go food in our area, and any other local knowledge you're after during your stay! Other things to note Need AWD or 4WD vehicle to access our house. It’s up a gravel road, and having a capable vehicle is better for you driving around Pavones in general, and better for the maintenance of our road! We are a family from Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina and have 3 kiddos ages 6, 4, and 1.5! I always have a sourdough starter on hand and can make bread loaves, pizzas, cinnamon rolls, or biscuits for our guests! And we have tons of fruit trees around our property, so you can feel free to cruise around and grab what is in season — mango or banana, mangosteen, anonna, avocado, orange, and/or a pipa from our perfectly in-reach coconut palm :)
