This accommodation consists of: ~ 3 bedrooms with 140 cm double bed and storage ~ a bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit (hair dryer and bath mat will be at your disposal) and a separate toilet ~ an equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, TASSIMO coffee maker, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, dishwasher and all the utensils to make good dishes, open to the living room. ~ A pleasant living room with sofa, TV and WIFI available for your moments of relaxation and/or your work sessions. ~ A beautiful wooden terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, deckchairs leads to the heated pool (May to September) overlooking the large private and wooded garden. It's ideal for enjoying the sweetness of Landes evenings and sharing good meals with family or friends and having a drink under the "Carbet". All you have to do is enjoy your stay! La Cabane au Carbet, is exclusively reserved for guests, no part of the accommodation to share - 15 min drive to Mimizan-Plage, its lively pedestrian streets and huge beaches - 10 min drive to shops and shopping center - 5 min or 30 min by bike on the bike path of Lac de Parentis and offering the beach of Sainte-Eulalie-en-Born, supervised and very family-friendly. A small marina, a restaurant and paddle, canoe, pedal boat rentals... - 15 min drive to Lake Mimizan / Aureilhan / flowered trails, its beaches suitable for children and water activities (paddle, canoe, pedal boat, etc.) - 1 hour by car from Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pilat.
