Glencree is situated in Kilmeaden which is only 10 minutes drive from Waterford City. We have spacious modern accommodation and can cater for up to 4 people. We are located close to all amenities and have on site parking. The Waterford Greenway and the newly opened Mt Congreve gardens are a short 5 min drive away. Knockaderry fishing lake is 3kms and the beautiful Waterford coastline is close by. We have secure bike storage and bike wash facilities. We look forward to welcoming you The space The Apartment has 2 good size bedrooms both ensuite with an addition of a sofa bed in the living room if required. The living room is spacious with ample seating and a smart TV for your use. We have an extra bathroom off the living room which brings the total WC facilities to 3. A brand new Kitchen has been fitted with all the modern appliances installed including Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer Oven and grill. Off the kitchen we have a small utility with Washing machine and dryer. All the plumbing has been upgraded which adds to the comfort of your stay. We have gardens both to the front and the rear of the property with use of a patio area. Secure storage for bikes is on site with wash and maintenance facilities available. Secure off street car parking is on site. Guest access Glencree Air is a self contained 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. The guests have full use of the entire apartment during there stay. It is totally separate from the main house and the guests have their own separate access to apartment. A key lockbox is provided for access to the apartment 24hours a day. Other things to note The Apartment is wheelchair accessible as we have ramps to the apartment and all rooms are on the ground floor with the exception of one bedroom.
