We are conveniently located by: - Historic Downtown Greer SC (drive: 10 min) - 23 minutes to Downtown Greenville - GSP airport (17 min) - Many parks & restaurants (5-15 min) You'll enjoy private access, comfy queen bed, ample living area, bathroom (w/ shower), WIFI & lake access. We have a kitchen ready for your cooking needs and a dedicated work space for remote workers. The space You'll enter the tiny home through the front door and be in the great room which includes the living area, kitchen and the loft. As you keep walking in you'll pass the bathroom to your right and the desk area to your left. At the back of the tiny home is the master bedroom. The loft area has a ladder going up to it with a queen bed. Guest access The guests will have 100% access to the entire Shalom Tiny Home and it's porch area. Guests will also have access to the community common area around the lake as well as the dock. On exploring the community lakefront area, please stay outside the low rope barrier (this is a private residence). Feel free to hangout on the dock or at the picnic table. We are hear if you have any questions. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10am to 8am. Do not go in or on the lake at night. 100% NO SMOKING in or on the property. We take the seriously because of past experiences. Please respect this rule. The property is not recommended for those with mobility issues due to the 6 stairs up to the porch. You will need to sign a liability release to stay in the property and outdoor space.
