Winkipop House is situated high up on the hill in Fairhaven with sweeping views of the beach, river and lighthouse. Surrounded by nature and greenery, you have direct access to the Great Otway National Park out of the back gate. Cafes, the beach and the inlet are all within a beautiful 10-15 minute walk. This is a small house that feels big, with high ceilings and large windows all the way around. A perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. The space We call it a 2.5 bedroom house - it has a master bedroom with lovely ocean views and an ensuite, a second queen bedroom with a garden view, and an extra living/sleeping area with a comfortable double fold out bed. This is not completely private however, as you need to walk through this space to get to the master bedroom, hence why we call it a half bedroom. There is a full kitchen, a main bathroom with a bath, shower and a separate toilet, as well as the master ensuite. A large decking wraps halfway around the house with an outdoor dining area protected by an umbrella. The master bedroom and second living/sleeping room has a private entrance and carport, making it completely self contained should guests want privacy from each other. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with ample off street parking for 3 cars across two driveways. There is a studio up the back of the property which we use as storage, this will remain locked, but you are welcome to use the carport attached.
