Cozy Little Sleep Out

Cozy little sleep out is tiny hideout in heart of Opua. House is situated among the native trees. Birds' songs all day long and kiwi calling at night. Sleep out is separate from our main house. It is designed for 2 people with double bed, Directly from sleep out is private steps that will get you into your private kitchen and your bathroom with toilet and shower. The space Our guest sleep out is designed for 2 people. It has queen size bed. Sleep out is cozy and situated next to our main house where we live full time. We have steep driveway which therefore we advise people to park in designated area. Directly from sleep out is private access into your private mini kitchen and private bathroom with toilet and shower fully equipped. Fully furnished kitchen with electric cook top, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer, pots and pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. Unfortunately, we do not have an oven. There is toddler (our son Ari), Labrador and cat roaming around the house. Guest access We recommend to park on top of driveway. Many people find it difficult to reverse back up because our driveway is very steep and there is no turning around space. The entrance to the sleep out is from back of the house, pass our private door. Other things to note We have a toddler. Our son Ari, is a happy and content little boy who sleeps through the night, but you might hear him during day being a proper toddler. We have extremely friendly and happy chocolate Labrador and curious kitty cat that might to come and say Hi.
