The space When you enter the apartment, you step into the open plan living room and kitchen and your eyes are immediately drawn to the spacious balcony. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area and large dining table, making the balconies an extension of the living room. All bedrooms have an Auping bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, windows with shutters and mosquito screens and an en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom is very large with it’s own lounging sofa and the bathroom has a brand new bathtub from which you have a ocean view! The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, including a double door fridge/freezer combination, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Playa Penthouse has a large swimming pool in the garden.  There is onsite parking space at your disposal and the dive shop ‘Dive Inn’ of Dive Friends Bonaire is a stone’s throw away. The house reef right in front will amaze divers and snorkelers! Right next door are some of Bonaire’s most amazing restaurants.  Guest access The penthouse is located in the luxury apartment complex Hausmann Follies, consisting of 14 apartments. The penthouse, located on the top (3rd) floor, can be reached by stairs or by elevator. Note that ONLY guests staying on this top floor (Playa Penthouse + 1 other penthouse) can reach this floor with a key that gives access to the gate and elevator. Others can only get to the 2nd floor. Other things to note Included is the begin and final cleaning of the accommodation. On request we can provide additional cleaning services for a fee. We ask you to leave the house broom clean on your departure date, which includes clean dishes, trash taken out and floor swept clean. Bed linen and bath+beach towels are provided.
