2 bedroom, 1 bath condo, on the third floor. Located in Port Clinton, with views of the lake and Portage river. Walking distance to Docs beach house, public beach, Jet express and lively downtown. Lake Erie fishing getaway with charters and walk-on head boats minutes away. Public boat ramp is accessable as well. Short drive to Sandusky if you are looking to catch a thrill at Cedar Point. Impeccably maintained condo that we live in but you will have the place 100% to yourself. The space Private boat dock available depending on the day. Pool bracelets are required and provided to enter the pool. We will provide 6 pool bracelets. There will be a $30 charge if a bracelet is lost or not returned. Guests will not have access to the master closet as this is our home that we live in during the week. Unfortunately, no elevators in the complex. Other things to note We kindly ask that you are 25 years of age to book.
