One located in the bathroom and in the hallway. Other things to note Paid parking only! Parking notes: Please check in with the front desk upon arrival to pay for parking pass fees and pool access bands. All vehicles, cars, trucks, and motorcycles are required to have and display a Maravilla parking permit. While parking permits are required to park on Maravilla property, parking is on a first-come/first-served basis and a permit does not guarantee parking availability. Any vehicle without an appropriate permit or with an expired permit may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. The charge for a guest parking permit is $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax per vehicle. Renters and guests, regardless of length of stay, may not use an owner’s permit. Renters may not park trailers of any type, including motorcycle, boat, jet ski, recreational vehicle, or utility, on Maravilla property. The office is on-site from 9 AM to 5 PM. If you are checking in outside of these hours, you can make prior arrangements and collect the pass in the morning or you can use the QR code located in the elevators to pay for parking. • This condos does allow two small dogs under 25 pounds.
