Includes covered front porch, spacious living room and spacious bedroom, kitchen and beautiful bath. The space The apartment is part of a larger home that sits on a 9-acre horse farm. Stalls and turnouts are available for an additional fee if you need to keep your horses on the property. The home owner is happy to have guests help with daily horse care and feeding if you would like to have a farm experience during your stay. Guest access Guests are allowed around the immediate perimeter of the house but not past the gate to the horse area without permission from the owner. Other things to note Our general policy is no pets. However, if you would like to tell us about your pet, we may approve it to stay on the property.
