We are renting out our beautiful bright townhouse from time to time when away. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to the action of this vibrant and trendy suburb. Nearest cafe on the end of the street, as well as many cafes, bars, breweries, restaurants on the main street only 750m-1km away. Close to transport links for an easy trip into the city or just to get around the network of infamously cool northern suburbs that sit on our doorstep (Thornbury, Northcote, Brunswick, Collingwood etc) The space The 2 double bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a light-filled open plan living area and kitchen upstairs, leading out to a sunny balcony with seating and BBQ. Extendable dining table which can seat 3 as is, or up to 5 when pulled out and extended (we have 2 fold up chairs for this) Full bathroom with luxurious walk-in shower downstairs and an extra toilet upstairs. Guest access The whole place is yours as we will be away for the duration of your stay. Please note, though, this is our home and not a holiday rental so we do have our belongings here. however, we are happy to make space for whatever you need (e.g. clothing storage etc) We are more than happy to share our home with you as we believe that is what air bnb is about!
