A private vacation home with 2 bedrooms good for 2 pax/room w/ AC and fully furnished kitchen and free parking space up to 3 cars. Bedrooms are fully airconditioned with 24/7 wifi, hot n cold shower in a 2 separate private bathrooms, and complimentary toiletries and drinking water. Free use of the whole property, dining ware and kitchen wares. Located at the center of San Juan, La Union w/ only 5 min away from Surf town and walking distance from Jolibee, 7/11 and San Juan Public Market. The space The bedrooms are fully airconditioned and the capacity per room is 2 pax. Extra guests will be designated to our covered Lanai which we will provide per pax a futon mattress, pillow, futon cover, flat bedsheet and mosquito tent. Other things to note The vacation home can accommodate up to 6 pax but with an additional charge per head. The property is equipped with CCTV located at the road right of way, gate, garage, kitchen, outdoor lanai, and garden.
