Henny's Hideout - a secluded, Cosy Cabin

Henny's Hideout is set in a secluded corner of Patchhayes field. With private drive and fenced garden area you can be sure to spend your time here in total peace and comfort, utterly removed from the outside world. Henny's Lodge is offgrid, allowing you to experience the simplicities of life, from boiling the kettle on the stove to collecting wood for the woodburner. Fancy some site seeing? Nunney castle is a 5 minute drive away, or perhaps a visit to the Roman city of Bath or Longleat Safari! The space Henny's Hideouts' airy and the open plan design gives a spacious feel, whilst the curtains, used to split the bedroom from the kitchen area make it extra warm and cosy when you settle down for the night in the king-size bed. The kitchen area has a gas fridge, 4 gas stoves, a grill for cooking and all the equipment to make a hot meal to enjoy after a good day spent exploring. The bathroom has a bath with a shower head attachment, so whether you'd like a long relaxing soak or a quick wash before you get out exploring, you're covered. Lighting is provided via a power pack which can also be used to charge phones, laptops and other small appliances. Largely off grid, Henny's Hideout has no WiFi. We believe this will only add to your stay, allowing you to remove yourself from busy life and immerse yourself in nature for a truly relaxing getaway. Rest assured however, the phone reception is excellent so you will always be able to get in contact with anyone should you need to! Other things to note If you would like to bring your horse on holiday with you, you'd be very welcome! We have great field and woodland hacking as well as access to quiet country roads. Facilities include a 30 by 50 sand school with jumps and some cross-country jumps ranging in height from 70cm to 90cm. Drop us a message for more information!
