NEWLY RENOVATED. Re-opened FEB, 2025. Our little cottage at Kappad beach is the perfect place for a quite getaway with friends and family. The property is across the road from the beautiful Kappad beach which is the only Blue Flag beach in the state and was recently awarded the Green Destination Award for its sustainable model of tourism. Our cozy rooms and warm hospitality will not disappoint. The space This cottage has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, a large living-dining room and a semi-functional kitchen. The cottage overlooks a large outdoor area with a lawn and outdoor furniture. Other features include: - Fast and free WiFi. - Inverter power backup. - A property manager who will be available on call and on-site if need be. - A friendly and warm caretaker who will be available to cater to your needs. Be rest assured that we will let you enjoy your privacy. He also sets Up BBQs on demand for an extra charge. - CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas to ensure security. - Complimentary breakfast is included. - Ayurvedic massages and treatments on prior request ( for an extra charge) Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire property. We only accept one booking at a time, so you wont have to share the space with another person or group. We have a a maintenance area behind the cottage, access to which is restricted. Other things to note - We would like to know the exact time to expect each guest and to share the correct location of the property so make sure to get in touch with us before arrival. - The beach managed by the government, so access is limited to the permitted hours. - Limit your interactions with the locals. - We do not provide meals other than breakfast. Our guests usually order in through Swiggy, Zomato and Potafo. Plenty of restaurants deliver to us. - Make sure to bring your own groceries if you are planning to cook. - Let us know in advance if you have any queries or special needs.
