The space Welcome to this beautiful holiday home, where comfort and relaxation come together in an idyllic setting. As soon as you step inside, you will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living room with a modern open kitchen and a cozy seating area by the cozy fireplace. Through the large sliding doors, you can step onto the terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the water. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a carefree holiday, including a combi-oven, 4-burner hob, Nespresso machine, spacious fridge with separate freezer, and a dishwasher. Cooking will be a real pleasure here! On the ground floor you will find a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in(rain)shower and a lovely bathtub, perfect for a moment of relaxation. In addition, there is a separate toilet for extra comfort. Upstairs are three charming bedrooms, two of which have spectacular views of the Slotermeer. Every room has handy chests of drawers to make you feel at home right away. This home is ideal for up to 6 people, including children. The garden is a true play paradise for the little ones, with a trampoline, the possibility to fish from your own jetty, take a dip in the water or explore the area with the surfboard and paddles. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the outdoor dining table, relax on the comfortable lounge sofa by the water, and experience cozy evenings by the outdoor fireplace. The possibilities are endless, and with a surfboard and BBQ at your disposal, the holiday feeling is complete. And of course, you always stay connected with excellent wifi throughout the house and the garden. Parking is no problem at all, with ample free parking right in front of the door. If desired, you can store your trailer in consultation with the manager during your stay. For extra convenience, you can rent our bed linen for only €15.00 per person or bring your own single bed linen. Kitchen package (tea towel and towel) €5.00 per set. The house is equipped for up to 6 people including children. The holiday home is intended for water sports enthusiasts and/or families with children who come to enjoy water sports, nature, tranquility and conviviality in the area. Balk is a cozy water sports village. In the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling, visiting villages and especially water sports. Boats and bicycles can be rented in the village. Sailing and surfing lessons are given from the adjacent beach at Badmeester Keimpe. In the park, the residents take each other into account. The park regulations are part of the lease agreement. Pets are not allowed. No fireworks sticking off at the park.
